Indispensable attack of edge part of glass long fiber cake in transportation can be avoided by effective packing method of this invention. Continuous glass fiber is wound in flexible forming tube made of paper or plastic and winding angle on lateral axis of forming tube is recommended to be 75↿ over. This glass fiber cake wound on forming tube is unified by sheathing heat shrinkable resin film. This cake can be conserved tigntly by above resin film. The cake is packed in box and transported safely.
