Joining sheet piling to underwater concrete - involves first welding connectors above water and submerging with piling

Connecting media are welded on, in a process for providing temporary or permanent connection between sheet piling and concrete (5) under water. The connecting medium (2) or part of it, is joined to the sheet piling (1), by welding, above water, and lowered together with the sheet piling. The welded part may be supplemented by an additional part with screwing, plugging or clamping involved; or with contact involved. Such processes may partially or completely replace welding. Steel connection is provided without costly measures or elaborate controls involved in use of divers for welding.
