<p>PURPOSE:A marking ink for bulbs and tubes where a thermosetting resin and pigments are intimately mixed using an ultraviolet-curable resin as a mixing agent, thus prolonging its pot life, enabling low-temperature baking and showing high adhesion and durability. CONSTITUTION:For example, (A) an ultraviolet-curable resin such as a mixture of 100pts. of polymethacrylate, 100pts, of polyethylene glycol methacrylate and 5pts. of diethylaminocoumarin, (50wt% of the total weight of the ink) is kneaded with (B) a pigment of phthalocyanine blue (5wt%). Then, the mixture is kneaded with (C) a powder of phenolic resin as a thermosetting resin (35wt%), further titanium oxide (10wt%) is added in small portions to the resultant composition to give the objective ink. When necessary, the ink is treated with infrared rays or the like.</p> |
