PURPOSE:To provide a plastic working agent composition for press working etc. of metals, capable of imparting the surface of a metal with lubricity and anticorrosive property when applied to the surface, and containing a di-(long-chain alkyl)ketone and a di-(long-chain alkyl)ether at a specific weght ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) a di-(long-chain alkyl) ketone of formula[R1 and R2 are 5-21C alkyl (pref. 9-18C alkyl containing <=2 double bonds)]and (B) a di-(long-chain alkyl)ether of formula R3-O-R4[R3 and R4 are 5-21C (pref. 8-18C) alkyl] at a weight ratio of 9:91-84:16. The preferable examples of the component A are distearyl ketone, dipalmityl ketone, etc., and those of the component B are dioctyl ether, didecyl ether, etc. EFFECT:The agent gives excellent rolling properties, and has good workability. |
