PURPOSE:The push button for starting the spinning frame operation is equipped with a crank arm, a spring and a magnet and other parts to release the lock of the push button, when the yarn breaks, and to restore the button to the original position, thus making it sure to stop operation by means of the yarn-break detector. CONSTITUTION:In order to start the operation of spinning, the button 21 is pushed and rod 25 goes to right, crank arm 28 rotates clockwise, rod 30 comes down, so operation arm rotates anticlockwise to turn on the switch 38. Further, the electrode cratch 8 operates to start revolving back roller 4. At this time, the push button is locked by connecting the step 26 to plate 22. When the yarn breaks, an electric current flows through magnet 32 for a short time by the signal from the detector 16 to pull down the iron disk 31. Thus, the arm 28 revolves clockwise and the rod 25 goes to right to release the lock on the push button 21. further, the rod 30 is pulled up by the spring 29 to revolve the arm 20 clockwise and turn off the switch 38 to stop the operation of the magnetic cratch 8. |
