PURPOSE:To continuously manufacture a foam molding with facial material having smoothened surface with good productivity by a method in which a smoothened strip sheet is provided between a coater and a tunnelled molding machine for expandible synthetic resins and raw material to be fed is pressed. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of a lower facial material 2 is bent upwards by a folder 3, and the surface of the lower facial material 2 is coated with an expandible synthetic resin liquid 5 by a nozzle 4 and fed. On the other hand, both ends of an upper facial material 7 is bent downwards and fed. And, they are laminated by a metering roll 10 and molded in such a way that both ends of both the facial materials 2 and 7 are contacted. Then, while pressing them under a pressure of about 3g/cm<2> or less by means of a smoothened strip sheet 13 fixed by a coupling lever at its upper end alone, they are fed into the tunnel 15 of a molding machine 14, expanded and hardened by compressed hot air 16, drawn out by the roll 17, and cut off by a cutter 18 to obtain a foam molding with facial material. |
