PURPOSE:To enable to achieve space cooling by use of underground water and space heating by use of solar heat, by providing a longitudinal tank with its lower portion buried in the ground and a solar heat collector being attached to the upper portion, dividing the tank into an upper chamber for storing rain water and a lower chamber for storing underground water, and arranging a heat transfer pipe for passing air therethrough in each of the above two chambers. CONSTITUTION:Rain water is introduced into an upper chamber 1a of a tank 1, while underground water is introduced into a lower chamber 1b. Water in the upper chamber 1a is heated by a solar heat collector 2. On the other hand, air from an air blower 4 is passed through heat transfer pipes 3a, 3b in the upper and lower chambers 1a, 1b selectively by means of valves 14a, 14b and then supplied to a plurality of rooms 6. Therefore, the rooms 6 can be cooled in summer by underground water supplied to the lower chamber 1b, while they are heated in winter by passing air into the upper chamber 1a and thereby heating it by hot water in chamber 1a. Thus, it is enabled to achieve space cooling by use of underground water and space heating by use of solar heat. |
