PURPOSE:To permit the drawing-out of an inside forming part for making molding easier by using a system in which the inside forming part by which the inside of a hollow molding is molded is divided, and one side core with a convex curve face is made slidable and energized elastically. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin is injected into the cavity 33 of molds, and after the resin is hardened, a fixed mold A is opened from a movable mold B, whereupon as an angular pin 16 is drawn out of a guide hole 32, a slide core 30 is moved to the left and right sides and opened. Then, when pulling out a center slide core 4 downwards by a cylinder 20, a side core 7 is moved to the center by the force of a spring 8 and the convex curve face 6 of the side core 7 is removed from the under-cut portion 5 of the hollow molding 1. Then, all the under-cut portions 5 are opened. Then, when the ejector plates 26 and 27 are projected from the molding machine, a stripper plate 5 goes up through a return pin 28 to push out the hollow molding 1. |
