PURPOSE:To enable to obtain uniform distribution in the thickness of liquid film, by winding a wire helically on the outer surface of finned tubes, and changing the wire winding direction alternately for each stage of a bundle of heat transfer tubes. CONSTITUTION:A liquid sprinkled type heat exchanger of this invention consists of a casing 1, a heat transfer tube bundle 10 consisting of a plurality of heat transfer tubes 11 arranged in the casing 1 and having horizontal axes, and a water (A) sprinkling means 4 disposed above the heat transfer tube bundle 10. While water A sprinkled toward the tube bundle 10 from the sprinkling means 4 flows downward along the tube bundle 10, it is vaporized in the air that is passed through the inner space of the casing 1 and cools a fluid B passed through the inside of the heat transfer tubes 11. Here, a wire 13 is wound around the outer surface of the heat transfer tubes 11, and the wire winding direction is changed alternately for each stage of the heat transfer tube bundle 10, so that the thickness of liquid film formed over the surface of heat transfer tubes 11 can be made uniform as a whole. |
