PURPOSE:The titled composition having improved adaptability for automatic weighing, adaptability for preventing of scattering of powder, and prevention of occurrence of the unevenness of hexagonal pattern, obtained by compression molding raw material powder for molding comprising pulp and melamine resin satisfying a specific particle size and an angle of repose by cold rolls, followed by powdering the molded material again. CONSTITUTION:For example, pulp is added to a solution of melamine resin having a resin solid concentration of about 40-about 60wt% in such a way that its amount is about 20-about 40wt% based on the amount of raw material powder, usually obtained, to give a mixture, which is dried to give popcorn. The popcorn is ground to give molding raw material powder having >=70wt% powder passing through 200 mesh sieve and an angle of repose of >=50 deg. is compression molded by cold rolls, and the compression molded material by the cold rolls is ground by a hammer mill, etc. to give the desired composition passing through 32 mesh sieve, having 50-75wt% powder not passing through 145 mesh sieve, and an angle of repose of 40 deg.-50 deg.. |
