The lighting arrangement has a number of separate, decorative or indicatory light emission units distributed over the structure. The emitters blink with individual, different sequences in accordance with a random distribution. Each emitter has a constant frequency of 0.5 - 3 Hz., produced by at least one electronic oscillator. At least one of them is of composite construction with several elements placed alongside each other. The arrangement can take the form of a short support plate, with an electric oscillator producing the blinking impulses mounted on it. At least two light emitters are connected to and alternately driven by the oscillator, and the oscillator circuit element is placed in a closed space. (Provisional Basic advised week E12).
