PURPOSE:To prevent the issue of a number of deficient media due to failure of device, by detecting an error of recording renewal of a magnetic media, collecting number of errors detected, and producing alarm when the total value reaches a specified value. CONSTITUTION:The recording of a magnetic medium just after being revised at a write-in circuit 4 is read in at a read-out circuit 5. An error detection circuit 7 detects the error in renewal by collating the renewal data given to the circuit 4 and the read-out data of the circuit 5. A signal outputted every time when an error is detected at the circuit 7 is counted at a counter 8 and integrated. An alarm circuit 9 drives a buzzer and generates an alarm when the count value reaches a specified value of the counter 8. Thus, the issue of a number of deficient media due to failures in the device can be prevented. |
