PURPOSE:To quicken readout and to avoid the effect of noise, by providing a differenctial amplifier to amplify the signal of a selected digit line per each block and activating only the differential amplifier of the block including an objective signal. CONSTITUTION:When a word line is selected, the information from a memory cell connected to it is given to each digit, but the information only selected at a digit line selection signal is outputted to either one of contacts, RDA, -RDA or RDB, -RDB. This output signal operates a block including objective signal only with block selection signals AY, -AY and the signal is given to a main amplifier, and the block at non-selection side is not subject to noise due to the coupling from the non-selection digit line. The load capacity of the contacts RDA, -RDA, and RDB, -RDB is reduced by having the memory cell block, the readout speed is quickened by using the differential amplifier, allowing to eliminate the effect of noise. |
