PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a minituarized and light-weighted electromagnet device, in comparison with the large output, by a method wherein an auxiliary yoke, to be extendedly formed at the lower part of a yoke, is provided and the electromagnetic attraction working between a movable core and the yoke opposing to the core is effectively operated. CONSTITUTION:By providing an auxiliary yoke 30 to be extendedly formed at the lower part of the yoke 12, a magnetic circuit, which, at the early stage of operation, passes through the yoke 12, the auxiliary yoke 30, a vacent space G2, the second movable core 20, and a movable core 18 and a magnetic circuit, which returns to the opposing yoke 12 through the intermediary of a vacant space G1, is formed and electromagnetic attraction works between a movable core 18 and the opposing yoke 12. Also, at the last stage of operation, a magnetic circuit, which passes through the yoke 12, the vacant space S at the lower part of the yoke 12, a movable cores 18 and 20 and returns to the opposing yoke 12 through the intermediary of the vacant space G1, is formed and electromagnetic attraction works between the movable core 18 and the yoke 12, and the lower part of the yoke 12 and the opposing movable core 20. Through these procedures, the output of a knocking rod can be increased. Accordingly, a small-sized and light-weighted electromagnet device, in comparison with its large output, can be obtained. |
