PURPOSE:To enable very fine wires to be stably held and to be positioned with high accuracy by making vertical side surfaces of the first positioning plate and slopes of the second positioning plate to form acute angles, and supporting extremely fine wires with the above acute angles. CONSTITUTION:A positioning plate is constituted by a combination of the first and the second positioning plate 33a and 33b. The first plate 33a is provided with almost rectangular cut parts 32a spaced at given intervals, and the second plate 33b is provided with almost V-shaped cut parts 32b spaced at the same intervals as the cut parts 32a. Then, the plates 33a and 33b are combined so that a vertical side surface 32a1 of each cut part 32a crosses a slope 32b1 of each V-shaped cut part 32b, and so that the vertical side surface 32a1 and the slope 32b1 form an acute angle and form no arc-like shapes, thus the positioning plate is obtained. As a result, extremely fine wires can be accurately positioned. |
