PURPOSE:To obtain an ear pad which is excellent in weather proof, is not subjected to discoloration, and has a delicate neutral color, by adding a pigment into an urethane material, alowing it to foam, working it in the form of an ear pad, and after that, dyeing it. CONSTITUTION:An urethane material into which a pigment has been added is made to foam, it is worked in the form of an ear pad, and after that, it is dyed. For instance, a raw material obtained by means of natural foaming of an urethane material into which a pigment has been added is worked by slicing, a sheet 7 having prescribed thickness is obtained, and from this sheet 7, a disk body 8 is obtained by blanking. It is worked to a cylindrical body 9 by means of hot-wire boring, and this cylindrical body 9 is dyed, by which an ear pad 10 is obtained. |
