发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF MAGNETO-OPTICAL RECORDING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain an object material with a simple equipment by causing discharge between a base material and an electrode and welding the electrode material to the base material or a material formed onto its surface so as to form an alloy thereby forming a magnetic layer. CONSTITUTION:A discharge coating electrode 1 is connected to a vibrating chip 2. Moreover, the base material opposed to the electrode 1 is fixed on a support base 4. A capacitor 19 connected between the electrode 1 and the base material 3 is charged from a processing power supply terminal 18 and approached to the electrode 1 and the base material 3 or the both are contacted with each other after the approach so as to discharge the electric charge charged in the capacitor 19 by the discharge between the both or a short-circuit current. Then the electrode 1 is parted from the base material and the base material 3 is coated by using the material of the electrode 1 through the repetition of the similar operation above. Thus, the alloy of the magneto-optical recording material, its layer or its film where magnetic anisotropy is provided in the direction of easy magnetization is obtained by applying the welding or alloying due to the discharge in a prescribed magnetic field.
