PURPOSE:To reduce the time and cost required for manufacturing a model by half, by means of preparing a table sliding right and left and also tilting up and down on a base, and an electric heating cord for cutting with fusion, scales of length and angle, bearing ball and center pin which are suitably settled. CONSTITUTION:A length-scale 3 is arranged along cutting part 2' on the upper surface of a table 2 equiped on a base 1, and an angular scale 4 is fixed to its side surface. Tilting angle of the table 2 is regulated by a handle 5, and the table 2 is moved right and left by a slide 6. An electric heating cord 8 is arranged on the tip of an arm 7 so that the cord 8 crosses the cutting portion 2'. On the other hand, a holding table 11 to which center pin 10 is fixed, is placed on a plurality of bearing balls 9 fixed in the center portion of the table 2. The foamed resin is kept at the forming center on the table 2 by a center pin 10. It is freely rotated by the bearing balls 9 and is regulated suitably by the handle 5 and the slide 6. Thus it may be cut and formed by the electric heating corde 8. |
