PURPOSE:To transmit a sequence code corresponding to pulse information in preference to a sequence code corresponding to the no-information state, by transmitting always the sequence code corresponding to the no-information state when pulse information does not exist and by generating the sequence code corresponding to pulse information each time when pulse information is inputted. CONSTITUTION:In case of the normal mode, an encoding circuit 1 encodes the state of no-pulse information with plural bits and transmits this state as sequence codes N1-Nn cyclically through a time division information transmitting device 2, and the sequence of codes is checked by a decoding circuit 3, and the state of no-pulse information is restored. In case of the pulse mode, the encoding circuit 1 generates sequence codes P1, P2-Pn in the position of existence of pulse information and transmits them each time in preference to sequence codes corresponding to the state of on-pulse information through the time division transmitting device 2, and the cycle and the sequence of codes are checked by the decoding circuit 3; and if abnormality is not detected, pulse information is restored. If abnormality is detected, a recoverable code error is corrected to output the code but a receiving abnormality is outputted for an unrecoverable error. |
