PURPOSE:To execute a drop-out compensation of a color signal, by both a memory for storing a color signal in a video signal by 1 horizontal period portion, and inversion and non-inversion switching circuits switched at every horizontal period, which have been provided on the input/output sides of said memory, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A color video signal is inputted to a switching circuit 5 and a Y/C separating circuit 6 through an A-D converter 2. A luminance signal is inputted to a synthesizing circuit 13 through a 1H memory 7, on the other hand, a color signal is inputted to the synthesizing circut 13 through phase inversion and non-inversion switching circuits 8, 14 of the input/output sides, and a 1H memory 9, and they are Y/C-synthesized by the synthesizing circuit 13. The phase inversion and non-inversion switching circuit 8, 14 are switched and controlled by a line parity discriinating circuit 4, and the phase relatin of every line is maintained. After the Y/C-synthesis, the drop-out compensation is executed by the switching circuit 5, and a color video signal is obtained by a D-A converter 21. In this way, the drop-out compensation of a color signal is also executed. |
