PURPOSE:A continuous slurry feeder which makes a slurry from skin-peeled soybean flakes is employed to produce continuously raw soybean milk of a concentration suitable for good taste soybean curd, fried curd and soybean milk as well as to reduce the cost of the facilities for waste water deposition. CONSTITUTION:Two or more section blades 4 are set inside the U-shaped casing 1 to form residence vessels 51, 52, 53... and motor 7 drives the shaft 3 equipped with impellers spirally. Skin-peeled soybean flakes fed from inlet 2 are mixed with a prescribed amount of water and they are stirred in the residence vessel 51. Then, they overflow the section blade 4 to come in the next residence vessel 52 and stirring and mixing are repeated in each vessel in order. After 5-7min residence time, raw soybeam milk of a concentration suitable for making soybean curd, fried curd and soybean milk is continuously obtained. When the operation is finished, valve 6 is opened, slurries in vessels 51, 52, 53... are taken out and sent to the next stage. |
