<p>The plate is for dental-facial work. It has a frame to transmit force to the level of two molars, right and left, of a patient. This consists of an orthodontic bimaxilliary and two intermediate parts, left and right, each with an adjuster. Each adjuster is joined to one end of the bimaxilliary rods. The transmission can be anchored to the molars. Each consists of a grooved tube, with an axial hole, opened to the exterior by a longitudinal groove. These work with the joints and can pass in the axial cavity.</p> |
