<p>The triangular mast allows suspension of the jib and mainsail and can pivot freely around its mounting. It consists of two tubes joined at their top to form attachments for the sail halyard and the mounting. The tubes are fixed on the outer vessel sides. If there is a single sail, the tubes are fitted to the rear of the hull. They can be fitted sloping forward, aft or perpendicularly. Various types of single or multiple triangular sails can be used.</p> |
