PURPOSE:An antipyretic and analgesic having low side effect even by long-term medication, comprising a (3-dimethylcarboxyphenyl)trimethyl ammonium derivative as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:The titled agent comprising a well-known compound shown by the formula (R is methylsulfuric group or Br) of a parasympathetic analeptic as an active ingredient. The agent is medicated orally or parenterally in the form of powder, tablet, suppository, injection, etc. to man and animals, and oral administration is preferable. Preferably, a human oral dose is 0.1-50mg/kg/day, and its parenetral dose is 0.001-0.1mg/kg/day, medicated one- divided four times. |
