PURPOSE:To easily amplify the high output of a high frequency by using 90 deg. and 0 deg. hybrid circuits, in a distributing part and the synthesizing part of a circuit for amplifying the power distributed by a power distributor to almost the same level, and thereafter, synthesizing and outputting it. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency input from an exciting part 1 is distributed to two by a first stage distributor 20, second stage distributors 21A, 21B, and final stage distributors 22A-22D, respectively, and distributed to eight after all. The distributed outputs are amplified to the same level by power amplifiers 3a-3h, and its outputs are synthesized by first state synthesizers 40A-40D, second stage synthesizers 41A, 41B and a final stage synthesizer 42 by two each, and supplied to a load 7 through an isolator 5 and a directional coupler 6. In this case, as for the distributors 20, 21A and 21B, a 90 deg. hybrid HBD is used, and as for the distributors 22A-22D, a 0 deg. HBD is used. Also, as for the synthesizers 40A-40D, and the synthesizers 41A, 41B and 42, a 0 deg. HBD, and a 90 deg. HBD are used, respectively. In such a way, a distance between each terminal of an input and an output has no relation to a use frequency, a reflection coefficient is improved, and the high output of a high frequency is obtained.
