PURPOSE:To mount a coil plate simply and positively without depending upon adhesives and resin molding by holding and fixing the surface and back of the coil plate by a lower collar and an upper collar set up to a shaft in the flat rotor with no core winding. CONSTITUTION:Coils 10 previously wound in approximately fan-shaped flat forms are arranged symmetrically at the central point, and heated and melted, and an approximately discoid coil plate 11 is manufacutred. The coil plate 11 is held from the surface and the back by means of the lower collar 1 fixed to the shaft 2 and the upper collar 3 fastened to the shaft 2 or the lower collar 1, and the coil plate 11 and the shaft 2 are fixed. Accordingly, the rotor is positively assembled in excellent working property. |
