PURPOSE:To realize reduction in size and in power consumption of a driving part by providing an energizing mechanism which energizes, to the side of main valve, a movable ion core of which one end is fixed to the valve rod of main valve and the other end movably inserted into the center hole of electromagnetic coil. CONSTITUTION:A electromagnetic coil 21 is formed by concentrically arranging a valve switching electromagnetic coil 22 and a valve recovery electromagnetic coil 23. A permanent magnet 25 having a fixed iron core 24 at the center is arranged in one side of coil 21 and a main valve 26 is arranged in the other side. One end of plunger 28 forming the movable iron core is fixed to the valve rod 27 of main valve 26 and the other end of plunger 28 is inserted movably into the center of coil 21. The valve rod 27 is energized in reverse to the plunger 28 by the springs 29, 30 and the plunger 28 is indirectly energized in reverse to the iron core 24 by energizing the valve rod 27. Thereby, the driving part arranging the electromagnetic coil can be reduced in size.
