PURPOSE:To accurately recognize a balance amount in a card by providing a print means to print a bit of prescribed information in the print information recording part of a card driven by a drive mechanism part, a magnetic information recording means to record a bit of information in the magnetic information recording part of the card, and a control means to respectively control the drive mechanism part, the print means, and the magnetic information recording means. CONSTITUTION:A card is fetched into a frame body 1 along a feeding path 3 by the rollers 8A, 8B of the card drive mechanism part 4. When various kinds of character information are inputted through a keyboard 17, a CPU16 fetches a bit of design information preliminarily stored in a memory part 18 and the character information, and these are transmitted to a print head control part 13 and the magnetic head write control part 15 as write signals. Consequently, a control signal is transmitted from then print head control part 13 to a print head 12 to operate it 12, and thus the character information and the design information are printed on the card. Simulta neously, the control part 15 transmits a control signal to a magnetic head 14 based on a write signal supplied from a control means 7. The control means 7 is provided with the CPU16 capable of controlling the entire parts of the titled processor and an arithmetic part 21 having an arithmetic function.
