PURPOSE:To compensate a shift of the scanning position with small and simple constitution, by using an acoustooptic modulator to compensate the shift of the scanning position of a hologram scanner. CONSTITUTION:The beam L given from a laser beam source 1 is condensed to an AO element 4 on the rotary shaft of an arm-shaped disk 7 through a reflector 2 and a lens 3. The primary diffracted light is made incident to a hologram 8, and the diffracted light of the hologram 8 scans the surface of an original 11 toward an arrow 12 via a mirror 9. An electronic computer 13 stores the amount of compensation corresponding to each position of the hologram 8. The output of the computer 13 is applied to a modulator 15 via a voltage control oscillator 14, and a carrier signal of a prescribed frequency is fed to the element 4 via an amplifier 16 to compensate a shift of position to te hologram 8. In such a way, a shift of the scanning position is possible with small and simple constitution. |
