PURPOSE:To conduct positive welding work without increasing the contact resistance of welded sections by placing an auxiliary material with a notch between the end surfaces of a strand of a double cylindrical coil unit and forming a closed loop through the welding of the end surfaces to the notch by a laser. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-shaped conductor bundle is wound around a cylindrical mandrel in a multiple streak spiral shape, and the coil unit consisting of an inner cylinder 4 and an outer cylinder 6 is manufactured. The auxiliary material 15 with the notch 16 is placed between the internal and external strands 1 opposing at the end surfaces of the oil unit. Laser rays 9 are irradiated to the notch section, and the internal and external strands are welded and connected through laser welding. Displacement is not generated when using a clamping material 17 at that time, and more positive welding work can be conducted. |
