PURPOSE:To improve the linearity of output voltage to input signal voltage by increasing the sum of both collector currents at the time of simultaneous conduction of both transistors in accordance with the detection signal of collector currents in paired transistors. CONSTITUTION:Transistors Q4, Q5 detecting collector currents and resistors R4-R7 are added to rectifying transistors Q1, Q2 and bias voltage is supplied to a transistor Q6 by feedback current If. Therefore, a change in the feedback current If used for the collector currents in transistors Q3, Q4 is amplified to apply negative feedback to the reference voltage E of a constant current source Q3. So, constant current Ic compensates a decrease in collector current Ic1 or Ic2 at the time of turn-ON switching of the transistors Q1, Q2. Therefore, a change in the voltage across the base and emitter of the transistor Q1 or transistor Q2 is controlled and the linearity across the input signal (li1-li2) and output voltage eo is improved. |
