PURPOSE:To increase the strength of combination between mutual fan-shaped coils adjacently arranged by a method wherein the approximately fan-shaped coils are divided into surface layers and back layers, stepped sections are formed in the circumferential direction, the coils are wound, the stepped sections are stacked and the adjacent coils are bonded and united. CONSTITUTION:Approximately fan-shaped coils are divided into surface layers 1a and back layers 1b, and displaced in the circumferential direction and coils are wound when manufacturing the coils, and the coils 1, both sides thereof have the stepped sections 1c, are prepared. A fixed number of the coils 1 are arranged symmetrically at the central point, the stepped sections 1c of the adjacent coils 1 are stacked, the stepped sections are bonded and combined, and coil plate 2 is manufactured. A coil holding plate 3 with a surface plate section 3a and a back plate section 3b displaced only by the same angle as the angle of displacement of the coils 1 is disposed at the center of the coil plate 2 and unified at that time, the coil plate 2 is held by the coil holding plate 3 and a lower collar 4 fixed to a shaft 5, and the shaft 5 and the coil plate 2 are fastened. |
