PURPOSE:To prevent the layer short circuit of a connecting section by penetrating and forming a hole to the opposite sections of inside and outside strands at an end section of an inside and outside double cylindrical coil unit, penetrating a pin into the holes and electrically connecting the inside and outside strands. CONSTITUTION:A coil outer cylinder 6 is wound outside a coil inner cylinder 4 wound in a spiral cylindrical shape in a reverse spiral cylindrical shape, and cut in predetermined length, and the double cylindrical coil unit is manufactured. A connecting hole 14 is penetrated and shaped where the inside and outside coil strands are stacked at the end section of the coil unit. An conductive pin 15 is penetrated into the connecting hole 14, the strands of the inner and outer cylinders 4, 6 are connected, and a closed loop is shaped electrically. A split pin or a tapping screw pin may be used in place of the pin 15. |
