PURPOSE:To reduce dispersion in mechanical and electrical oscillating characteristics, by connecting a plurality of oscillators through the contact of conductive elastic device and making connection with outside via this conductive elastic member. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of oscillators 1 are clipped with two conductive elastic devices 2, 2. Unevenness receiving the oscillators 1 is formed on the oscillator contact surface of the devices 2, 2 to make easy the alignment. This is installed in an external case 5 with a retaining plate 4, electric wires 6 are drawn out from an electrode 3 and they are connected outside via a cable 7. Thus, the assembling is made easy and the change in mechanical accuracy can be reduced, and also the variance in the resonance frequency can be decreased. |
