PURPOSE:To lighten the armature by forming the cured layer of a glass base material using a foaming agent or thermocuring resin containing a minute capsule comprising the foaming agent as effective components to one surface of armature winding. CONSTITUTION:The coreless armature is formed by an armature shaft 15, a commutator 14 connected to the armature winding 12, the molded cured body 13 of the thermocuring resin fixing a coil end section at the commutator side of the flat coreless armature, the cured layer 11 of the glass base material employing the foaming agent or the thermocuring resin containing the minute capsule comprising the foaming agent as the effective components, and a porous cured layer 11A, which is obtained by laminating the cured layers 11 on both surfaces of the armature winding 12 and internally filling the foaming agent or the resin by the expansion of the foaming agent or the minute capsules containing the agent through the heating and curing of the cured layers 11. Accordingly, the armature can be lightned because one part of the thermocuring resin material in conventional devices is replaced with the porous cured layer 11A. |
