PURPOSE:To ensure the even pressure which is applied to a recording paper and to prevent the lines, folding, breakage, etc. of the recording paper, by hooking a seamless endless belt over the driven rollers of the pressure rollers of plural stages. CONSTITUTION:The driven rollers 2a-2c are pressed to the drive rollers 1a-1c with high pressure and via spring means 8-9, and at the same time an endless belt 11 is hooked over the rollers 2a-2c. Thus a recording paper 14 is fed between the roller 1a and the belt 11, and no sag is caused owing to the existence of the belt 11. In this case, however, the paper 14 may jut out to the upper side as shown by a dotted line. This projection of the paper arises only between the rollers and eliminated when the paper is rolled into the rollers to cause no line nor folding of the paper. In such way, the even pressure is applied to the entire paper during the fixing process to eliminate the sag of the paper. Thus the lines, folding, breakage, etc. can be prevented for the recording paper. |
