The housing (5), fastened on a platen (2), is passed through by a hollow ejector rod (7), protruding out of the housing at both ends. On the mould side, a stop flange (10) of the ejector rod interacts with a first limit switch (11) on the housing (5), while the other end of the ejector rod bears on an external thread a stop ring (13), which can be adjusted for changing the ejector stroke (9) and interacts with a second limit switch (12) on the housing. An auxiliary rod (16) is guided in an axially limitedly displaceable manner in the ejector rod (7). Its end of the mould side is positively connected to the hub (19a) of the ejector plate (19), guided in an axially movable manner in the mould (3). By changing the relative position of the auxiliary rod (16) in the ejector rod (7), the length of the ejector rod can be adapted to ejector elements (19, 19a, 20) of different lengths without changing the ejector stroke. The ejector stroke (14) is produced by hydraulic pressure on the ejector rod (7), the return stroke is performed by pressure relief. The axial fixing of the auxiliary rod (16) in the ejector rod (7) is performed by constant hydraulic pressure on the auxiliary rod. <IMAGE>
