PURPOSE:To obtain a molded article of no pinhole and strength lowering, by transfering the molded article molded by the heating exclusive mold to the cooling exclusive mold and cooling it instead of taking out the molded article from the mold. CONSTITUTION:After a heating exclusive mold 1 is closed, raw material is poured and a molded article is formed by foaming and hardening, the first mold part 11 of the mold 1 is positioned on the first mold part 21 of a cooling exclusive mold 2 along the second mold part 12, also the third mold part 23 of the mold 2 is positioned at the opening part 24 of the part 21, and the third mold part 13 of the mold 1 is pushed down, also the part 23 of the mold 2 is retired, the molded article is transfered in the part 21 of the mold 2, being put between the parts 13, 23. Then, the part 11 of the mold 1 is returned on the part 12, the opening part 24 of the part 21 of the mold 2 is closed by the part 22, the part 13 is lifted upward and raw material is poured. Meanwhile, after the molded article in the mold 2 is cooled, the part 22 is opened, the molded article is pushed upward by the part 23 and is taken out. |
