PURPOSE:To exercise numeric control over displacement which provides desired displacement by finding the extends of length and angle displacement by the periodic count value of a stable oscillator, and controlling a prime motor which performs the displacement by using the count value. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting plate 2 is fitted to an equal-speed rotary disk 1. The disk 1 is fitted to a reflecting type photoelectric sensor 4 which observes the reflecting plate 2, and a 5 is fixed as a measurement original point for dis placement to a main body and a measurement disk 6. A sensor 7 detects the rotational frequency of the measurement disk 6 and is arranged at the measurement original point. A computer 11 compares an input from a setting part 13 with the displacement value of measurement. As a result, a motor 8 is put in operation, and the setting part 13 compares the expected displacement of a moving body 10 with the actual displacement of the moving body 10 by using the periodic count number of an oscillator 12 to control the feed motor 8 on the bas is of their deviation value, thus displacing the moving body 10 as expected. |
