PURPOSE:To improve interlayer adhesive strength, wear resistance, etc., by dipping a synthetic resin plate, having a protective film stuck on one side previously, in a specific photosetting solution, by removing the protective film after setting the setting solution by irradiating both the sides with active rays, and by forming an information recording layer on the film-removed side. CONSTITUTION:In a photopolymerization-setting solution consisting of amixture of a monomer having >=3 (meth)acryloyloxy groups and a monomer having 1-2 said groups, an organic solvent as an uniform solution, and a photosensitizer at a specific mixing ratio, a synthetic resin plate of polymethacrylate, etc., having a protective film stuck on one side previously is dipped and then taken out. Both the sides of the resin plate having the setting solution on both the sides are irradiated to set the setting solution, and the protective film is peeled off; and this peeled surface is applied with a setting solution obtained by adding a specific polymerizable sulfonic acid or phosphate monomer and specific ethanol amine to a photosetting solution with said composition, and a matrix is set on the side applied with the setting solution. Then, the resin plate side is irradiated with active rays for cross-linkage and setting, thus recording information. Consequently, an optical disk is free of curvature, partial interlayer peeling, etc., and has superior clouding resistance and electricity control characteristics. |
