PURPOSE:To simplify the mounting work of parts by screwing a core metal in a substrate with an engaging tool utilizing a permanent magnet to clamp a male tool mounting plate at the substrate, thereby reducing the number of the parts. CONSTITUTION:A ?-shaped mounting plate 2 is mounted to hold the end of a substrate 1 to be mounted such as bags, bands, or general cover plate for container, and a core metal 3 is screwed from the surface of the plate 2 into the substrate 1, thereby integrally holding the plate 2 and the substrate 1. The metal 3 is composed of an engaging rod 3a, and a threaded rod 3b having a diameter smaller than the rod 3a. The engaging surface is formed with stepwise difference between the rods 3a and 3b. A slot for a screwdriver is formed on the top of the metal 3 or the rod 3a is formed in a square section, thereby mounting the metal 3 on the substrate 1. |
