PURPOSE:To enhance the switching speed of a load, by using a bipolar transistor battery as a collector load of the bipolar transistor. CONSTITUTION:A bipolar transistor TRQ1 and resistances R1 and R2 are combined to constitute a bipolar TR battery, and it is used as a collector load of a bipolar TRQ2. A voltage E between the collector and the emitter of the TRQ1 is 0.6X(R1+R2)/R1, and the storage effect for switching is very little. When an input VIN is high-level, the TRQ2 is turned on, and an output VOUT becomes a level (VCC-E); and when the input VIN is low-level, the TRQ2 is turned off, and the output becomes a level VCC. |
