PURPOSE:To lessen the on-state resistance of an MOS analogue switch, by driving the MOS analogue switch by a voltage obtained by boosting a power source voltage. CONSTITUTION:When a transistor TR Y is turned on by clocks CLA and CLB having a phase difference, a power source voltage VDD is applied to the (+) terminal of a capacitor CB to charge the capacitor CB. At this time, a TR X is turned off. When the TR X is turned on, the (+) terminal of the capacitor CB is connected to a power source VSS-1 through a TR2. Thus, a voltage twice as high as the voltage of the power source VSS-1 is generated in the (-) terminal of the capacitor CB. This generated voltage is smoothed through the TR X by a capacitor CA to become a voltage VSS-2. This voltage VSS-2 is supplied to the gate of an MOS analogue switch. |
