PURPOSE:To improve the productivity, by inserting and fixing a conductor to a through hole of a dielectric block to constitute an inside conductor. CONSTITUTION:Metallic pin members 13a-13c are inserted and fixed in through holes 12a-12c of a dielectric block 11 of a rectangular parallelepiped and function as inside conductors. A conductor film 14 is metallized on the surface of the dielectric block 11. This dielectric block is stored in a metallic case 15 and is connected to input and output terminals 17 through connecting terminals 16 in both sides, thus constituting a filter. Through holes 18a and 18b are provided in the dielectric block 11 for adjusting connections. In respect to pin members 13a-13c, slits 13a-1-13c-1 are formed in pins made from phosphor bronze to divide them into two, and these slits are widened to extend respective divided pieces 13a-2-13a-3 outward, and their surfaces are plated with gold or silver. |
