PURPOSE:To simplify the production process, by providing a through-hole for dot sealing in a quartz bar electrode position of a vessel and leading out an electrode by a solder for sealing. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 2 is provided on the upper face of a vessel 1 consisting of insulating materials such as glass and quartz, and two through-holes are formed in the electrode position of a quartz bar base part. A metallic box type vessel 7a is constricted in two steps of a fixing part for a quartz bar 5 and a clearance part for oscillation of the quartz bar. The quartz bar 5 is fixed to the box type vessel 7a by a nonconductive adhesive 15, and a flange part of the box type vessel 7a and a seal part of the vessel 1 are caused to adhere to each other by a solder 8. Next, a solder ball is used in a vacuum to seal through-holes at dots. One end of the solder 9 is connected to the electrode of the quartz bar 5, and the other end is connected to the electrode 2, thus leading out electrodes. |
