There is described an immunoglobulin conjugate comprising an immunoglobulin or immunoglobulin fragment modified by one or more groups of the following formula which are covalently linked to it: The conjugates are useful in the treatment of cancers and are made by reaction of the immunoglobulin or immunoglobulin fragment with desacetylvinblastine acid azide.
