<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically perform the assembling operation before brazing by causing the molded plates to fall from the ultimate processing step to detect the same by a detection senser, and reversing the molded plates alternately by moving a baffle board. CONSTITUTION:Molded plates 1 which have passed through pressing metal dies 11 in the working ultimate step are caused to fall on a molded plate receiving bedplate 18. Upon falling since the molded plates 1 are detected by a detection senser 17 and the molded plates 1 are reversed by a detection signal, a cylinder 15 extends for every one of the molded plates 1 to project the baffle board 16. For this reason, the falling molded plates 1 are alternately reversed, and accordingly, other molded plate is laminated on the molded plate 1 previously dropped. By this procedure, sumultaneously with the processing of the molded plate of the lamination type heat exchanger, the molded plates can be laminated, and the assemblying operation before brazing is automated.</p> |
