PURPOSE:To improve the dullness of an output waveform, by providing a transistor which becomes conductive for restoration to the stable state to charge a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:In the stable state, a reverse bias is applied to a transistor TR8 by a voltage 11 to turn off the TR8, and a TR3 is turned on. A TR12 is conductive by the voltage drop of a collector resistance 2 of the TR3, and a capacitor 6 is charged. When a positive pulse is applied to the base of the TR3 through a capacitor 1, the TR3 is cut off, and the TR8 becomes conductive. The capacitor 6 is discharged through a resistance 5; and when the TR3 becomes conductive, the TR8 is turned off, and simultaneously, the TR12 becomes condutive to charge the capacitor 6 rapidly. |
