PURPOSE:To separate an input AC signal easily and to reduce the output distortion, by supplying an AC signal to the gate and the drain (source) and taking out a converted signal from the drain (source). CONSTITUTION:The gate biase of an FET9 is set to such value that the reflection wave of an RF signal inputted to the drain is minimum. When an IF signal is not supplied to an input terminal 1, the RF signal supplied to an input terminal 2 becomes minimum and is taken out to an output terminal 6. When the IF signal is supplied to the input terminal 1, the impedance between the drain and the source of the FET9 is changed in accordince with the voltage, amplitude of the IF signal, and the RF signal from the input terminal 2 is reflected at a point (a) and is taken out form the output terminal 6. This output signal has a frequency of the sum or the difference between two input signals. |
