PURPOSE:To sense the abnormal state of deposited fly wastes, dust, etc. easily, by sensing the change in the air flow in an air path between an air introductory inlet of a spinning unit and a part requiring the air blowing in an opening apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A sensing means 7 is provided in any one of air paths 11, 12, 13 and 14 provided in a duct member 5. The sensing means 7 may sense the change in the flow velocity, flow rate or static pressure, etc. of air currents. The abnormal state of fly wastes, dust, etc. deposited in an air channel from an opening apparatus to a rotor and a trash transfer path is sensed to minimize the occurrence of defective yarns or broken fibers. |
